• Creation Phase: Our dedicated printing and quality-check process typically takes 3–5 business days.
• Shipping Phase: Once your item is perfected, it is shipped via your chosen method. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days after leaving our studio.

Total estimated time from purchase to your doorstep is usually 7–10 business days.

Our goal is for you to be totally satisfied with your 3D-printed purchase! If something isn't quite right, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges to help make it right.

Shipping: As a small shop, we ask that buyers cover return shipping costs.

Condition: To receive a full refund, items should be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned with wear or damage, we'll work with you on a fair adjustment for the loss in value.

For orders under $35, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your items. We always use the most reliable, cost-effective rates available to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

• Standard Shipping: If you opt out of protection, don't worry—we still have your back. We will personally investigate any missing shipments with the carrier and work with you on a fair resolution once the loss is confirmed.

We start the creation process quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or make a change, please reach out to us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has entered our production phase, we are typically unable to cancel the order, but we will always do our best to find a fair solution.

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the damaged item and the exterior packaging.
Once we have those details, we will prioritize a replacement for you immediately. We will handle the claim with the delivery company on our end so you don't have to worry about the paperwork—we just ask that you keep the damaged items and packaging for a few days in case the carrier requires an inspection.
